Miriam Dunn, the mother of Peter Graham Dunn (founder of P. Graham Dunn) was born and raised in China and returned to China as a missionary during the Second World War. This book chronicles her raising 4 children in China, and ultimately facing the most difficult of decisions having to send her children back to Canada when starting the first grade of school. At times reading like a modern day thriller, and more often reading as a devotional of a woman who made the ultimate sacrifice to serve the God she loved.
